In today's rapidly changing market, we observe an increasing amount and complexity of financial information and tools. However, there is a relative scarcity of teams that can integrate resources based on family and individual needs to provide long-term strategies. Hengpu Consulting was founded by a group of professional consultants from Big Four management consulting firms, as well as the investment and insurance sectors. Combining their expertise and insights, and adhering to the belief of "Eternal Original Intention, Path of True Purity," we are dedicated to building a financial advisory platform that offers both depth and integration.

At Ever Rich, we not only provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and family office services. In the long term, we aim to establish Ever Rich as a platform for resource aggregation—assisting clients in connecting with the expertise, networks, and opportunities they need to achieve a vision of generational prosperity and sustainable growth.

Constance's role is not to rely on a single consultant to do everything. Instead, it is an external support role that, through neutral judgment, integrates different professional perspectives and cross-disciplinary resources to accompany clients through long-term decision-making, helping them maintain order and direction in complex situations.

Chloe Wang

With over six years of B2B experience, we specialize in stranger development, business negotiation and customer relationship management.

At the beginning of his career, he worked as a BD Manager in SkyREC, a start-up company, where he practiced 0 to 1 distribution and overseas channel building, and successfully promoted the signing of MOU with the then fourth largest telecom company and the first domestic financial group's information company, as well as the expansion of shopping malls in Malaysia, thus accumulating the ability of market development and cross-industry coordination.

Later, he worked as a management consultant in a Big 4 accounting firm as an account manager for large-scale information system projects such as ERP, CRM, etc. With a team structure of 1:50 between the business and the consultant, he has successfully explored the market and facilitated a number of high-profile projects, with a cumulative annual consultancy contract amount of over NT$150 million.

With the core platform of Hengpu Consulting, Chloe combines years of experience in corporate consulting, financial planning and client management, and continues to provide professional and humanistic wealth advisory services to high net worth clients.
